The place was clean with excellent and brilliantly friendly staff members. The hotel's location was exceptionally nice and decent right off of the turnpike. Moreover, it was adjacent to fast food / restaurants, a convenient area and gas, food, stores.

The place was clean and staff was helpful and attentive. The room with 2 double beds. We were in a favourable and comfortable location at a medium distance from two paved multipurpose trails.

The room was large and modern, provided with good TV, 2 double beds. A microwave, coffee/tea making equipment, and a fridge were available.

The hotel is a great place for enjoying a tourist area. It is really close to fast food restaurants, West Lake, and the Turnpike. The best part is the extremely friendly staff.

The staff team was extremely friendly at any time. The pool area was amazing. The location was good and decent, near to the Turnpike, fast food/restaurants, gas stations, and stores. I found a nice Wendy's by accident, not too far from the hotel.

Stayed for 1 night and was impressed by this affordable hotel. The property staff was excellent and accommodating. The location in Elyria was great, really close to restaurants, a mall, and right off of the turnpike.

The staff is excellent and extremely friendly, they ensure you have a pleasant time here. It has updated tastefully decorated rooms, that come with 2 double beds and good TV and showers. The services are top-notch, including an amazing pool.

The room was very spacious, there was a small refrigerator included, the parking was free of charge, everything worked properly. The size of the room was very comfortable, it had a small fridge included, parking was included, everything worked properly.

The incomplete breakfast, although we arrived at 8:30 AM; it would be better if they didn't offer breakfast . The bottom, one meter down, of the walls was dirty. It seemed that they didn't vacuum the carpet in the corridor very often. The bath tub was stained and worn. . We stayed two nights and they didn't clean our room once. I had been to another Red Roof before, in Orlando, and it was in better condition. . The incomplete breakfast even though we were there at 8:30 AM; it would be better if they did not offer breakfast at all.The lower half of the walls were dirty, mostly in the halls. It seemed as if the hall carpet was not very often vacuumed . The bathroom tub was stained and worn out. We stayed 2 nights and our room was not cleaned at all. I have staid in another Red roof before, in Orlando, and it was a lot nicer.

The room was nicely decorated and tidy, had a very enjoyable stay for one night, and the setting of the hotel was exceptionally nice, being close to the mall.

As youngsters, we really enjoyed the sparkling pool and its excellent condition. The room had a small desk, rolling desk chair, easy chair, and a coffee pot with coffee. The cleanliness of the room was also impressive. Additionally, the price was terrific.

The room was well decorated. The location was good, not too far from Midway Mall. It was also right by good chain restaurants, the mall, and Elyria. We got a room with bathtubs. Truly enjoyed the continental breakfast
